Withdrawal Policy

A withdrawal processing fee of twenty percent (20%) applies to all withdrawals. This fee covers administrative, operational, compliance, and transaction-related costs.

Withdrawals will be processed only to verified accounts matching the registered user information. Processing times may vary. All withdrawal requests are subject to review.

11. Refund Policy

Investments are non-refundable once confirmed. Refunds may be issued only in cases of verified transaction errors or overpayments. Early withdrawals prior to maturity may result in additional deductions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agro Income Zoners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Platform, investment performance, or external factors affecting agricultural operations.

Amendments

Agro Income Zoners reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revisions become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
